Staff Members
Dr. Kathleen Lally is responsible for developing and coordinating graduate academic programs, through collaboration with the Lowcountry Graduate Center’s partner institutions, that serve the educational needs of the Lowcountry.
Prior to joining the Lowcountry Graduate Center, Dr. Lally served as the Director of the Office of Coordinated Programs for Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) & Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. Dr. Lally earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Physical Education from Eastern Kentucky University and her Ph.D. from Texas Woman’s University with an emphasis in Dance Education and History.
Dr. Lally also serves on the Board of Directors for the Charleston Ballet Theatre and enjoys playing golf in her spare time.

Chris coordinates the production of various marketing communications, including, but not limited to newsletters, program brochures, print and radio advertisements. He represents the LGC at various outreach events and fairs. He is also responsible for coordinating and writing original promotional materials and news releases.
A graduate of the
College of
Charleston's Honors Program, Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication. Before joining the LGC, Chris was employed by the American Red Cross where he served as Public Support Associate, working in media relations, event planning and fundraising.
Jannette is responsible for developing library materials and instruction for the
LGC in new and exciting ways.
Since her arrival, Jannette has established a small virtual library where she assists students and faculty with their research using electronic databases and reference materials available on the Web. She also provides library services instruction to onsite classes as well as receive books and materials through the interlibrary loan systems established at the
College of Charleston, Citadel, MUSC, USC and Clemson.
Jannette earned a BA in English from the
College of
Charleston and a MA in Library and Information Science from the
University of South Carolina.
Prior to joining the LGC, Finch served as the Academic Computing Specialist in the Department of Academic Computing at the
College of Charleston
Her research interests include visual learning and information literacy. Her civic activities include serving on the Charleston Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee and on the Charleston Triathlon Club board.
Jessica’s primary responsibilities involve coordinating and implementing administrative, business management, and support services for the
College of Charleston North Campus and the LGC, in addition to providing support to students, faculty and visitors.
Jessica earned a B.S. in English from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Prior to joining the LGC, she served as the Student Employment Specialist and Office Supervisor in the Human Resources Department of Central Michigan University.
Patty assists prospective students with program information and provides academic support to enrolled students. She also serves as a liaison to the LGC partnering institutions, managing program delivery and scheduling course offerings.
Since 1993, Patty has served in roles related to student admissions, recruitment, counseling and advising for the College of Charleston most of which was spent at the College of Charleston North Campus.
Her hobbies include gardening, boating, going for walks, bicycling and relaxing while reading a good book.
